Starting at 11:00 am, guests can enjoy a free “witches’ potion” at the Simonalm in Söll, while the ski cinema in the historic farmhouse “Hexerei” on the Keat slope remains open until 3:00 pm. From 11:30 am, the “T.B.G. by Da Vinci Family” hosts a lively coffee party featuring the biggest hits from the 80s, 90s, and 2000s, before the afternoon transitions into vibrant après-ski moments from 1:00 pm at the Tenner Stadl in Hopfgarten. Just returned from a great week. Stayed in the Austria Trend hotel which is excellent and very convenient; right on the piste by the gondola lifts. Too much recent freeze-thaw and high temperatures for good off-piste conditions but still plenty of skiing with the additional Saalbach-Hinterglemm area to explore. Doing a full circuit across to S-H, up and across the valley and then all the way down to Leogang (bus back) is a great day out. All the restaurants and lift facilities throughout the area are first class. Only criticism I have is poor linkage in S-H across the valley between south and north slopes. Would certainly go back hoping for better off-piste conditions next time.
